[2 cases of juvenile metachronous cancer of the colon]

Two cases of cancer of the colon developed in young people and successively reproduced in another part of the large bowel are reported. The authors describe the two cases in the aim of remembering, besides the originality of this pathology, the importance, for the physician, to take in mind this opportunity and the possibility that these tumors develop as occupational diseases depending on environmental factors.
