Nuclear changes in hepatocytes of patients with non-A, non-B hepatitis
Abstract:
Experimental non-A, non-B hepatitis infection has been shown to produce two distinct ultrastructural changes in chimpanzees: intranuclear particles and intracytoplasmic tubular structures. We report our observations of intranuclear particles in humans with acute non-A, non-B hepatitis. These particles appear to be specific for at least one type of non-A, non-B hepatitis.
