    Summary

    Sodium 6{d(-)-alpha(4-hydroxyl-1,5 naphthyridine-3-carboxamido)phenylacetamido} penicillanate (PC-904) is a novel penicillin demonstrating broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. PC-904 shows enhanced efficacy against key gram-negative pathogens compared to existing penicillins.
