[Method of simultaneous registration of transpulmonary pressure and the electromyogram of the diaphragm]

Standard esophageal ballon with silver electrodes implanted in it is suggested for simultaneous registration of the hysteresis loop and electromyogram of the diaphragm. The method provides qualitatively new information on the work of the respiratory muscles.
