Abstract:
A physical map was constructed of a cotransformed 3T3 thymidine kinase (tk) negative cell line revealing a close linkage of the selectable herpes simplex virus type 2 tk gene and cotransfected simian virus 40 DNA sequences in high-molecular-weight cellular DNA.
