[Stomach carcinoma in young patients. Presentation of a case report]

At the instance of a casuistic description in a 24-year-old female patient is reported on the problems concerning the carcinoma of the stomach in patients younger than 30 years. At this age carcinomas are very infrequent and, moreover, they are diagnosed too late on account of the juvenile age. Therefore the prognosis is extremely bad. The demand is of importance to think of a carcinoma of the stomach also in young patients with unclarified epigastric complaints and to strive for an endoscopic and bioptic clarification as quickly as possible.
