    Background:

    • Condylomata acuminata, commonly known as genital warts, are typically associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.
    • Genital HPV types are usually transmitted through sexual contact.
    • Intraoral lesions are rare, especially in children without a history of sexual contact.

    Observation:

    • A 6-year-old Nigerian girl presented with intraoral condylomata acuminata.
    • The patient had no concurrent skin or genital lesions.
    • There was no reported history of sexual contact.

    Findings:

    • The intraoral condylomata acuminata in this case were likely acquired through non-sexual transmission.
    • Environmental or casual contact routes are plausible modes of transmission for extragenital HPV infections in children.
