Abstract:
Computed tomography (CT) has considerable value in imaging abnormalities of the urinary tract in children. The advantages, indications, techniques, radiation dosage, and future of pediatric abdominal CT are presented. Computed tomography of Wilms' tumor, neuroblastoma, pelvic neoplasms, renal lymphoma, perirenal inflammatory disease, and renal trauma is discussed and illustrated.
