Abstract:
Two cases of postmenopausal women with inguinal lymph node metastases of papillary adeno-carcinoma are reported. Enlarged inguinal glands appeared for six months and two years, respectively. The search for the primary tumour site over several months was negative. The existence of an endometrial carcinoma had not been considered, because the symptom of vaginal bleeding was absent.
