In 60 patients with progressive sclerodermia apart from investigations of clinical and paraclinical parameters detailed evaluations of the X-ray-morphological findings at the skeleton of the hand were performed. Possible connections between the proof of pathological immunophenomena, the frequency of visceral manifestations at other organs, the duration of the disease and pathological X-ray-morphological changes at the skeleton of the hand are discussed and own conclusions are drawn.
