[Our concepts in the operative closure of septal perforations]

This is a short review of our concepts of the operative closure of small, medium sized and large septal perforations. We describe the details of our personal technique of the closure of medium sized supra- and retrocolummellar perforations with a vestibulum skin-mucoperichondrium-cartilage-flap.
