[Eosinophilic granuloma of the stomach]

Two cases of the eosinophil granuloma of the stomach are reported. The male patients (52 and 48 years old) had had gastric disorders. By the X-ray examination the suspition of a tumour had been raised. At both patients resection of the stomach by Billroth II was performed. The tumours histologically were eosinophil granulomas.
