[Immobilization of the lower limbs after cross plastic surgery]

On the basis of the experience with the treatment of 105 patients the authors describe methods of immobilization of lower extremities for the substitution of a bone wound or a soft tissue defect by a skin, muscle or skin-muscle pedicle graft formed on the other extremity.
