    Background:

    • To evaluate the outcomes of complex total hip replacements utilizing miniature or microminiature custom-made femoral components.
    • To assess the complication rates, graft union, component loosening, and functional outcomes in patients receiving these specialized implants.

    • Retrospective analysis of preoperative and perioperative data from 69 total hip replacements in 57 patients.
