[Hair transplantation: gelatin plugs for hemostasis]

Uncontrolled bleeding at the recipient site is a complicating factor in hair transplant surgery. As a consequence, time consuming procedures as well as further discomfort for the patient is inevitable. In order to achieve adequate hemostasis, we present an easy method using cylindrical gelatin-plugs.
