    Background:

    • A 61-year-old woman presented with two distinct angiosarcomas in the irradiated chest wall.
    • Tumor development occurred 2.5 and 4 years after mastectomy for breast carcinoma.

    Findings:

    • The two angiosarcomas exhibited distinct morphological and immunohistochemical features.
    • The short interval between radiotherapy and angiosarcoma presentation is atypical.

    Implications:

    • This case underscores the potential for radiation-induced sarcomas, even with a short latency period.
    • Further research into the pathogenesis of post-radiation angiosarcoma is warranted.
