    Summary

    This study investigated drug-induced allergic reactions, finding that while cell-mediated immunity (CMI) markers like macrophage migration inhibition factor (MIF) were present, they didn't directly cause allergic symptoms. The MIF test may still aid diagnosis in immediate hypersensitivity.

    • ICR mice were sensitized with horse serum to induce anaphylactic shock.
