Abstract:
Renal inflammatory processes in children often present a diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma. Since the advent of improved diagnostic imaging techniques these lesions can be appreciated and defined better. An analysis of 12 children with renal inflammatory lesions treated at our institution clearly outlines the pathological spectrum of these lesions and provides a format for their diagnosis and management.
