[Pancreatogastroduodenal resection with decompression of the anastomosis area]

The author describes the operative technique used in 18 patients with pancreatic tumor. Decompression of the anastomoses was made through laparoscopic hepatocholecystostomy, jejunostomy and nasogastral probe. Two patients died after operation.
