Abstract:
The author summarizes experience gained recently in the treatment of peptic ulcer patients with cholinolytics and antacids and agents with a restricted pathogenetic action. Discusses the tactics of their use, advantages of the application of high doses of antacids (210 ml a day). Provides the data on the advantages of long-term staged treatment of peptic ulcer patients, ensuring real prevention of the disease relapses.
