Abstract:

The authors developed a method for measurement of the area of the non-perfused myocardium with the aid of stained latex microspheres in rats with coronaro-occlusion ischemia followed and not followed by reperfusion. The method can be used for studying the therapeutic effect of the drugs in rats with coronaro-occlusion myocardial ischemia.
