[Various general methodological principles of surgery of the spine]

The article deals with the methodical principles thought by the authors to contribute to further progress in the surgery of the vertebral column. They are: the anterior access, resection of the vertebrum bodies, osteo-plastic reconstruction of the destroyed part of the vertebral column.
