[Rare urethra-induced causes of urinary incontinence]

Diverticula and prestenotic dilatations of the urethra are rare causes of urinary incontinence. By means of two case reports symptoms, diagnose and treatment are discussed. The right interpretation of anamnesis and results of investigations, often misinterpreted because of the rarity of these kind of urinary incontinence, is of special importance.
