Further simplification of cryoprecipitate coagulum pyelolithotomy without thrombin

Deletion of thrombin simplifies the surgical procedure of cryoprecipitate coagulum pyelolithotomy and subsequently eliminates the proposed risk factors associated with thromboembolism. The ideal ratio is 20 parts of cryoprecipitate to 1 part of 10% calcium chloride. The modified technique is presented.
