[Diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (Pickwickian syndrome). Value of computed tomography]

Two patients with obstructive sleep apnoea are described and the value of computer tomography in the diagnosis and follow-up is stressed. Narrowing of the oro-pharynx is a major feature in the diagnosis of this condition and is best demonstrated by CT.
