[Pellegrini-Stieda disease]

The cases of Pellegrini-Stieda disease encountered in the Orthopaedic Clinic of Bari University and followed up 4-15 years after the original injury are reported. The report provides new information for the literature on the subject and concludes with brief reference to therapeutic and medicolegal aspects.
