Nonaggressive combination chemotherapy for resistant immunocytoma

Two patients with advanced immunocytomas who had become resistant to conventional chemotherapy with developing pancytopenia were given cyclical courses of bleomycin, doxorubicin, vindesine, and prednisolone. Both patients showed an excellent response with recovery of peripheral blood cell counts, marked reduction in marrow involvement, and an increased sense of well-being.
