Immunoglobulin abnormalities in malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Summary

This study found that 24% of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) had monoclonal immunoglobulins (Ig). The presence of monoclonal gammopathy in NHL indicates the differentiation stage of the malignant B-cell clone.
