    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the impact of systemic anticoagulation on skin test reactivity.
    • To determine the effect of anticoagulation on lymphocyte transformation.
    • To evaluate the influence of anticoagulation on mononuclear cell tissue factor generation.

    • 24 healthy volunteers underwent systemic anticoagulation with warfarin.
    • Skin tests were performed before and during anticoagulation.
