    Summary

    Concanavalin A (Con A) activated T cells help human B cells differentiate into plasma cells (PC). Adult T cells, however, can suppress this process, suggesting two distinct Con A-induced T cell suppression mechanisms involving radiosensitive and radioresistant cells.

    Background:
