Abstract:
A case of systemic mastocytosis is described, characterized by the severity of its cutaneous manifestations (diffuse encephaloid pachydermia, numerous skin tumours reminiscent of molluscum fibrosum, and large comedones) associated with gastro-intestinal disturbances and high blood histamine values but running a benign clinical course.
