[Sclerodermiform paraneoplastic syndrome during a kidney carcinoma]

Sclerodermiformous alterations of the skin are described as paraneoplasia in different malignant tumours. By an own observation sclerodermiformous alterations of the skin are described for the first time as paraneoplasmia in a female patient aged 60 with nephrous carcinoma. The cutaneous efflorescences receded after elimination of the tumour.
