    Area of Science:

    • Vascular Surgery
    • Interventional Radiology

    Background:

    • Arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) can present complex challenges in treatment.
    • Minimally invasive techniques are sought to improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.

    Observation:

    • A case of multiple bilateral arteriovenous fistulas was successfully managed.
    • The mechanical stapling technique was employed during the procedure.

    Findings:

    • Intraoperative Doppler Flowmetry guided the precise application of the mechanical stapling.
    • The technique demonstrated efficacy in treating complex, multiple bilateral AVFs.

    Implications:

    • The described technique offers a simple and effective treatment option for arteriovenous fistulas.
