[Pulmonary blastoma (author's transl)]

Two cases of a rare lung tumour are described and compared with those reported in the literature. It is a tumour with malignant potential which occurs in the lung periphery, shows a preference for males and has similarities with embryonic lung tissue. The radiological features are stressed. The diagnosis depends on the pathology, since the radiological appearances are non-specific.
