Technique for collecting mature human oocytes for in vitro fertilization
Abstract:
Mature oocytes may be obtained from 85 per cent of preovulatory follicles at laparoscopy. The technique of oocyte collection is described. The most important factors contributing to the success rate are surgical expertise and a satisfactory aspiration system.
