[Castleman's giant lymph node hyperplasia (angiomatoid lymph node hamartoma) (author's transl)]
Abstract:
Castleman's giant lymph node hyperplasia was first described in 1954 as a mediastinal space-occupying lesion. The condition can affect any peripheral group of lymph nodes, but is found principally within the thorax as a mediastinal, hilar or paravertebral mass. Four cases are described and the clinical, radiological and pathological features are discussed.
