[Posterior dislocation of the scaphoid: report of one case (author's transl)]

The authors have observed one case of dislocation of the scaphoid posterior to the radius. There had been a complex trauma of the wrist with disruption of the palmar and dorsal ligaments, the capitate bone being interposed between the scaphoid and the lunate. A good result was obtained by a closed reduction with fixation by two pins through the scaphoid, lunate and capitate.
