[Levamisole treatment of acne fulminans (author's transl)]

In two young patients levamisole 150 mg twice weekly led to a rapid and long-lasting improvement of their acne fulminans. The sudden deterioration of acne vulgaris leading to acne fulminans is possibly due to a temporary immunodepression.
