[Primary disability as a consequence of malignant neoplasms among workers and employees in the BSSR]

The report deals with an evaluation of the data on primary disability caused by malignant tumors in factory and office workers of the Republic within 20 years (1960-1979). The number of the disabled doubled in that period. However, the intensive indices of primary disability had remained practically unchanged until 1975 and showed a slight increase within the last years only. It is noteworthy that the percentage of Group I--II invalids in the overall structure of primary disability from malignant tumors is very ligh (95%).
