Enhanced T cell suppression is directed toward sensitive circulating B cells in multiple myeloma
Multiple myeloma involves abnormal T cell regulation of malignant B cells. Myeloma T gamma cells show excessive suppressor capacity, and myeloma B cells are highly sensitive to this suppression.
