Severe para-aortic regurgitation due to ruptured congenital subaortic aneurysm. A case report

A ruptured idiopathic subaortic aneurysm allowed severe para-aortic regurgitation in a young woman. The unusual pathological findings explained the lack of a murmur and the absence of anterior mitral leaflet flutter. A similar case could not be found in the literature.
