    Traumatic arteriovenous fistulas are uncommon in pediatric patients. This case report details a successful surgical repair of a leg arteriovenous fistula and associated aneurysm in a child.

    • The injury resulted in a traumatic arteriovenous fistula and a false aneurysm of the anterior tibial artery.

    • The patient achieved a complete recovery following the procedure.

    Implications:

    • This case highlights the importance of prompt diagnosis and surgical management of pediatric traumatic AVFs.
