    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To introduce and validate a novel six-point scoring system for antenatal cardiotocography.
    • To assess the correlation between the six-point score and neonatal outcomes, including Apgar scores and birth weight percentiles.
    • To investigate the progressive changes in fetal heart rate (FHR) patterns indicative of hypoxia.

    • The scoring method is simple, standardizes reporting, and aids in early detection of fetal distress.
