Abstract:
Considerable progress has been made in the treatment of hemoblastoses, haptene agranulocytosis and hemorrhagic diathesis. In view of this fact early diagnosis of these diseases is of particular importance. Analysis of 103 case reports pertaining to the above-enumerated diseases has demonstrated that in 79% of cases, these diseases had not been diagnosed at the prehospital stage. In half of the cases that was accounted for by inadequate inquiry after the patients health status, inadequate laboratory and instrumental studies. It is concluded that the diagnosis of the hematological diseases at the prehospital stage needs improvement.
