    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To compare the clinical presentation, diagnostic findings, and outcomes of acute myocardial infarction in patients under 65 versus those over 65.
    • To identify key differences in symptoms and complications between younger and older AMI patients.

    • Retrospective chart review of 105 patients (50 < 65 years, 55 ≥ 65 years).
