    • A case report of a patient with recurrent ventricular tachycardia treated with amiodarone.

    • The patient ultimately died of probable myxedema coma.

    Findings:

    • Thyroxine therapy effectively reduced serum thyroid-stimulating hormone levels.
    • Serum triiodothyronine levels remained low despite thyroxine administration.
