    Background:

    • The dexamethasone suppression test (DST) is a biomarker used in diagnosing and managing depression.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the dexamethasone suppression test (DST) as a prognostic marker for relapse in unipolar depression.
    • To determine if persistent abnormal DST responses predict relapse risk.
