    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the association between occupational exposure to hot-metal processes and urinary tract stone disease.
    • To compare exposure rates in symptomatic stone patients versus asymptomatic controls.

    • Review of occupations of patients attending a stone clinic.
    • Comparison with a random population of asymptomatic stone formers identified through epidemiologic screening.
