Diagnosing double-outlet left ventricle with associated defects is challenging. Angiocardiography offers the most accurate diagnostic method, surpassing echocardiography alone.

Background:

Double-outlet left ventricle (DOLV) is a rare congenital heart defect.
It is often associated with ventricular septal defects (VSD) and pulmonic stenosis (PS).
Accurate diagnosis is crucial for appropriate management and surgical planning.

Observation:

Two cases of DOLV with VSD and PS are presented.
Both cases exhibited atrial situs solitus.
One case had concordant atrioventricular (AV) connections, while the other had discordant AV connections.

Findings:

Clinical presentation can be complex, making diagnosis difficult.
Echocardiography provides suggestive findings but may not be definitive.
