Summary

Dialysis dementia patients exhibit abnormal electroencephalogram (EEG) patterns and altered cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics, indicated by radio-iodinated serum albumin (RISA) cisternography. These findings suggest impaired CSF flow in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis.
